✅ Prioritizing gut health

❌ Binge eating or undereating
❌ Constantly changing workouts every week
❌ Using random exercises from social media
❌ Taking nutrition advice from TikTok trends
❌ Falling for “How I got abs in 5 days” gimmicks
❌ Prioritizing cardio over weights
❌ Blaming your coach for personal non-compliance
