Turkey, Feta & Spinach Wrap

INGREDIENTS based on 1 serving

1 tsp Dijon mustard 

1 small (40g) wholegrain/wholemeal wrap or tortilla (or gluten free) 

1⁄2 cup (20g) baby spinach leaves 

100g pre-cooked turkey breast shredded

25g feta crumbled

salt & pepper, to taste

METHOD

Spread mustard over wrap and top with spinach, turkey and feta and season with salt and pepper.

Roll up, tucking in the ends. Wrap in foil to secure and refrigerate until ready to eat.
