Creamy Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS based on 1 serving

1⁄2 cup (125ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative) 

1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder) 

2 tbs Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative) 

1⁄2 medium banana frozen

1⁄2 cup (20g) baby spinach leaves 

3-4 ice cubes

 

METHOD

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve.
