Choc Walnut Bliss Balls

The term "snack smart" just took on a whole new meaning! Not only are our bliss balls simply delicious, walnuts are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which promote brain and heart health.
INGREDIENTS based on 20 balls
3⁄4 cup (100g) walnuts
400g pitted medjool dates
1 cup (90g) desiccated coconut
1⁄3 cup (30g) cocoa powder (or cacao powder) plus extra to coat
1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
METHOD based on 20 servings
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Roll mixture into 20 balls and dust with extra cocoa to coat.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
