Apple Berry Smoothie

Temperature rising before your day has even begun? Stay cool and fuel up with our Apple Berry Smoothie. This fast and nutritious breakfast is easy to switch up with any fresh or frozen berries you have at hand.

 

INGREDIENTS based on 1 serving

1⁄2 cup (125ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative) 

1⁄4 cup (65g) Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative) 

1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder) 

1⁄2 apple roughly chopped

1⁄2 cup (70g) fresh strawberries or frozen

ground cinnamon pinch

4-6 ice cubes

 

METHOD
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.

Transfer to a glass and serve.
