EAT GOOD TO FEEL GOOD

I hope YOU are doing well & staying motivated on YOUR fitness journey.

When I talk to many of you, the results you're seeking are often the same: looking better, feeling better, gaining muscle, losing belly fat, and sleeping better. WELL my friend.. the key to achieving these goals starts with a well-balanced diet.

And let me clarify: a balanced diet doesn’t mean just chicken and broccoli. As your coach, I emphasise an 80% whole foods, 20% soul foods approach. This means prioritising nourishing, whole foods while still enjoying the treats you love in moderation.

By taking care of our health, moving our bodies, and eating nourishing foods, our energy levels, skin, and brain health all improve. Not to mention we increase out progesterone and testosterone levels!!

What we eat on a Saturday should look similar to what we eat on a Tuesday. When you don’t restrict yourself from the foods you enjoy, you eliminate the need to binge. This is the power of flexible dieting.

You can find a variety of recipes, including high-protein options, in the Members Room tab on my website that fit your macros perfectly.

As a guideline, you should aim for 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, as mentioned in my latest Instagram video.

Don’t underestimate the power of following a structured program, being consistent, and doing the basics well. With dedication and the right approach, you'll achieve the results you're striving for.

If you're struggling to hit your protein targets, supplementing with a protein shake is an easy and affordable way to achieve your goals. You can use my code 'FITNNOURISH' to save on the best yet—Violet Crumble (like a mint choccie shake)—via the link below: bscsupplements.com/FITNNOURISH.

Let's keep pushing forward together!
